What You'll Do:

• Provide neonatal primary and consultative care in a Level-IIIB and Level-IIIA NICU environments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
• Support families through NICU Family Support programs and utilize Angel Eye monitor technology
• Contribute to hospital-based programs, including the March of Dimes partnership
• Participate in orientation, training, and mentorship programs for new nursing staff and trainees

What You Need:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NO other NP certifications accepted)
• Valid Missouri state license or eligibility to practice in Missouri
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
