You will take full ownership of job site execution, leading field teams and subcontractor network to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Join a client-focused team where your technical expertise, leadership, and dedication are directly recognized and rewarded.How You Will Make an ImpactDirect all daily field operations, trade partners, and site personnel to ensure seamless execution.Maintain rigorous construction schedules to consistently meet or exceed on-time completion targets.Oversee site safety, daily quality control, and adherence to engineered plans and specifications.Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and project managers.Manage daily field logs, material deliveries, and progress reporting to ensure project transparency.Resolve technical site challenges and logistics issues proactively to prevent project delays.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of related leadership experience in general construction supervision.OSHA 30 CertificationHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.Proven track record of delivering residential and commercial projects on time.Excellent communication, organizational, and technical problem-solving skills.Strong history of maintaining positive, productive relationships with clients and subcontractors.Physically capable of safely performing the essential duties of the role.Preferred Qualifications & ExperienceSpecialized safety and trade certifications including OSHA 30-Hour, Fall Protection, or Forklift certification and Lift Operations.Demonstrated experience managing ground-up commercial and multi-family residential projects.Strong proficiency with modern digital site management software and plan review tools.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive annual salary with performance-based bonus opportunities.Bi-weekly pay cycle and project completion bonuses.401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.Comprehensive health package including medical, dental, HSA, life, and disability options.
