Accountant - AP Analyst

Onsite | Tulsa, OK

What You'll Do

• Manage invoice processing, coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor and maintain the accounts payable workflow to ensure invoices and vendor requests are handled promptly.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and reconcile accounts.
• Assist with weekly payment processing and cash disbursement activities.
• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and support month-end close activities.
• Help identify and resolve aged invoices, unapplied credits, and other outstanding accounting items.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Receiving, Operations, and Accounting teams to maintain accurate financial records.

What We're Looking For

• Experience processing accounts payable in a high volume office setting
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Sage 100 or similar ERP experience.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
