Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Thrive Plus Inc., you will:

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, both in group settings and one-on-one sessions.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address challenges related to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, family conflicts, and more.

• Facilitate discussions and exercises aimed at enhancing communication and resolving conflicts among family members.
\n
• Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, based on ongoing assessments.
\n
• Document sessions in a timely manner, maintaining clear and comprehensive records.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within a multidisciplinary team environment to provide integrated care.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and technologies in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address a variety of issues such as relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, adjustment difficulties following separation or divorce, and issues related to blended families. Qualifications\n
