Maxime’s is the newest private member’s club opening from entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.

We are seeking a talented   Captain  to join our world- class hospitality brigade. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Captain Assistant will be responsible for leading service, working with and supporting the dining room team to provide a level of service that exceeds guest expectations, and demonstrating exceptional product knowledge.

• Proven success as a Captain within fine dining, Michelin-starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
• Fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attending to all members’ needs in a courteous and professional manner.
• Thrives in high- end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Polished personal presentation that meets Company standards.
• Maintains a professional, upbeat demeanor and embraces a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including early morning, nights, weekends and holidays per the needs of the business.
