Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with families to identify issues impacting relationships and family dynamics.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on families and couples dealing with a range of issues such as communication breakdowns, emotional distress, ADHD, family transitions, and more. You will work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, assessing their unique challenges and collaborating with them to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated skills in effective therapy practices and a deep understanding of family systems is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
