School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Seattle, WA | October 2026 - June 2027 | In-Person

Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Seattle, WAfrom October 2026 to June 2027/ Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details:

• In-person, school-based role
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply - we provide supervision and mentorship

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
