As a Regional Business Development Rep., you will play a critical role in expanding our business footprint while upholding Mega Force’s commitment to community impact. This position offers the unique opportunity to lead growth efforts across designated territories, cultivate new relationships, and inspire a team of business development specialists to reach new heights. You will bring a strategic approach to growth and work closely with our team to reinforce our mission through local engagement and impactful staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Growth Planning:

Develop and execute a business development plan for your region that aligns with Mega Force’s core values and growth objectives. Prioritize community impact, focusing on markets and clients that resonate with our mission and values.

- Community Engagement & Client Relationship Management:

Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and local organizations. As an advocate for Mega Force, participate in community events, networking opportunities, and local initiatives, strengthening our role as a positive FORCE within the community.

- Market Analysis & Insights:

Leverage market insights to identify new community-focused business opportunities and industry trends. Tailor strategies to maximize our impact while delivering value-driven staffing solutions.

- Revenue Generation & Accountability:

Establish and monitor revenue goals for your region. Take a hands-on approach to ensure your team remains focused on delivering quality results that contribute to Mega Force’s growth and the communities we serve.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with recruiting, marketing, and operations teams to meet client needs and provide seamless service. Champion teamwork across all departments to enhance overall organizational success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, ideally in staffing or human resources.

Proven experience in community engagement or local partnerships, with a passion for community impact.

Demonstrated success in team leadership and development, with a track record of meeting growth targets.

Exceptional relationship-building skills, especially within community networks.

Goal-oriented, strategic thinker with a proactive leadership approach.
