What You ll Do:

• Provide specialized neonatal care to infants in a Level-IIIB NICU environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Support families and participate in family-centered care programs.
• Assist with advanced ventilator support and complex neonatal treatments.
• Engage in quality improvement practices and unit education initiatives.
• Participate in a comprehensive new graduate program tailored to support your transition to a professional neonatal role.

What You Need:

• Required: Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification, board certified.
• Experience: No prior experience required; new grads welcome.
• Key Skills: Strong communication, teamwork orientation, ability to handle complex neonatal cases, commitment to quality care.
