What You ll Do

• Provide neonatal advanced practice nursing care in a busy Level-IIIB and Level-IIIA NICU setting
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and clinical education
• Support family-centered care programs, including NICU Family Support and Angel Eye monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist with care for neonates with complex needs, including ventilator support
• Engage in mentorship and orientation for new staff and new graduate NNPs
• Contribute to hospital-wide NICU initiatives and protocol development

What You Need

• Valid Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license (US)
• Recent graduate accepted; prior NICU experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to family-centered neonatal care and quality improvement
