Our state-of-the-art facility spans over 5,000 square feet and is designed for sports medicine practices. We cater primarily to patients with private medical insurance, emphasizing the importance of individualized treatment plans and successful rehabilitation outcomes. We pride ourselves on a welcoming and collaborative team atmosphere where every member plays a crucial role in patient recovery.Work EnvironmentAs a Full-Time Physical Therapist at our San Francisco facility, you will work in a hands-on outpatient setting alongside a team of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and one Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Our work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life commitment. The facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation tools and technologies, creating an engaging environment for both patients and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesIn your role, you will be responsible for:Conducting in-depth patient assessments to identify needs and set therapy objectives.Managing a caseload with an efficient workflow of approximately one patient per hour.Employing a diverse range of treatment techniques including manual therapy and exercise regimens tailored to each individual's conditions.Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to optimize and coordinate patient care.Documenting patient progress meticulously, ensuring comprehensive treatment records using EMR software such as WebPT.Evaluating treatment effectiveness and making adjustments to care plans as needed based on progress monitoring.Encouraging and motivating patients through their rehabilitation journeys to achieve optimal functional outcomes.Promoting a healthier lifestyle among clients by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will focus primarily on a diverse range of patients within the orthopedic domain, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-operative care, and rehabilitation for various musculoskeletal conditions. Our patient base mainly consists of adults and adolescents seeking to regain mobility and functional independence, and your expertise will play a vital role in their progress.QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.A current and clean license to practice as a Physical Therapist in San Francisco, CA, with no disciplinary actions.Expertise in manual therapy techniques and experience in creating effective exercise regimens.Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms like WebPT for patient documentation and management.Preferred ExperienceWhile not required, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working within orthopedic outpatient settings. Demonstrated success in similar roles, along with a track record of implementing effective treatment strategies, will be considered advantageous to your application.Compensation and BenefitsThis Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, complemented with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and support for continuous professional development.
