By providing next generation Card shopping experiences, you will directly drive hundreds of thousands of incremental acquisitions and hundreds of millions of dollars of incremental revenue for Capital One.In this role, you will lead through innovation to define the vision of personalization for Capital One customers as they shop and apply for credit cards. This will require you to understand both the Mainstreet customer personas and business outcomes to build end-to-end experiences that 'wow' customers.In this role you will:Lead a team of Product Managers while building a great place to work for yourself and your teamOwn the UI/UX personalization agenda for Mainstreet Card Product, defining the vision and roadmap to successDeliver on that agenda to improve the CX for tens of millions of customers each year, driving hundreds of thousands of incremental bookingsBuild updates to both front-end and back-end experiences, including our customer-facing Site experiences and real-time intelligent dataCollaborate from the heart of Capital One Card, partnering with Product and Business Analysts from across Card (Upmarket, Platforms, Partnerships, and SBC)Drive the agenda for Tech teams working directly with Mainstreet Card as well as many platform Product and Tech teamsServe as a Subject Matter Expert, especially on our Pre-Approval and Direct Apply experiencesIn this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas:Human CenteredBusiness FocusedTechnology DrivenTransformational LeadershipWe want you if you are:Intellectually CuriousCommunicator & InfluencerDo-erPassionate & Customer FocusLearnerTeam PlayerBasic Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience working in Product ManagementCurrently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentrationPreferred Qualifications:Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital productsThis role is Hybrid, with associates expected to consistently spend three days per week in the office.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Chicago, IL: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementMcLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
