Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients to facilitate open communication and effective treatment.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics to identify mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that focus on the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals and groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, conducting follow-up assessments to adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal patient outcomes.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
