HR Generalist (JN -062026-424717) Irvine, California Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid - 3 days in office + occasional visits to Montebello office) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Salary Range: $72,000 – $90,000 About the Role We are seeking an HR Generalist to support a range of human resources functions across multiple office locations. This role will focus on recruitment, employee data management, leave administration, learning and development, and HR reporting. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination Track and report recruiting and onboarding metrics Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems (SAP, Dayforce) Partner with payroll to ensure data accuracy and compliance Manage leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA), including documentation and return-to-work coordination Support employee training and development initiatives Assist with onboarding, engagement programs, and performance review cycles Contribute to HR projects and process improvements Qualifications 5+ years of HR experience Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field Strong knowledge of California labor laws (wage & hour, FMLA, ADA) Experience with HR systems (SAP, Dayforce preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Experience from appliance, distribution, product services, or similar industries preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
