Overview Job Title: Foreclosure Sales Processor (2 Openings) Location (city, state): Phoenix, AZ Compensation: $22/hour (Contract-to-Hire) Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Industry: Legal / Lending Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No overtime during contract period) Qualifications 1+ year of experience in foreclosure, mortgage servicing, or related lending environment Familiarity with foreclosure and/or mortgage processes required Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads Key Responsibilities Process and monitor foreclosure accounts through internal and vendor systems Complete pre-foreclosure reviews to confirm statutory compliance requirements Audit bid figures and foreclosure-related calculations for accuracy Calculate foreclosure fees, costs, and related financial components Review default status changes and servicing updates Evaluate repayment plans, trial plans, denial letters, and payment histories Ensure documentation aligns with servicing and investor guidelines prior to sale Conduct SCRA searches and review results Process foreclosure postponements as needed Monitor servicer systems for sale clearance approvals Maintain adherence to internal policies and procedures Review title and foreclosure documentation Track daily assignments and ensure completion within deadlines Support additional projects as assigned by management Perks Annual discretionary holiday bonus based on tenure Open, collaborative team environment Regular catered lunches and stocked beverages Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Additional Details One-step interview process (30-minute onsite, same-day decision possible) High-volume role requiring strong organization and attention to detail Ideal for candidates who are proactive and comfortable working independently Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
