Conflicts Analyst

The Conflicts Analyst plays a key role in the firm’s new business intake and conflicts function, ensuring we take on work that aligns with our professional responsibilities and client expectations. Responsibilities Review conflicts searches, analyze results, and work with attorneys and firm leadership to identify and resolve potential issues. Prepare engagement documentation, coordinate waivers and consents, and put ethical screens in place when needed. Maintain the integrity of the conflicts database and serve as a resource to junior team members. Regularly interact with the Ethics Committee and senior members of the Conflicts & Compliance team, exercising sound judgment and clear communication. Qualifications At least 2 years of law firm conflicts or new business intake experience. Ability to interpret conflicts reports and explain results. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills across multiple requests. Practical, solutions‑oriented mindset. Comfortable communicating with attorneys and firm leadership. Experience with Intapp or a similar conflicts system preferred. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant experience and strong judgment are essential. Schedule and Compensation Core hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility depending on workload. Denver base salary: $65,000 to $80,000 per year (actual compensation may vary). Additional compensation may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses.
