Temp Administrative Assistant

Front Office Operations Manager

3- 6 month temp assignment $25phr onsite Managing front office operations, including monitoring the main office email account, answering and screening telephone calls, responding to routine inquiries, and routing communications appropriately Maintaining calendars, schedules, contact lists, databases, files, and confidential records Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements; preparing agendas, minutes, correspondence, reports, and presentations Managing senior level schedules and facilitating all staff and leadership meetings Submitting work orders and coordinating media services, custodial services, and technical support for meetings and events Assisting with recruitment, training, supervision, and timesheet processing for Federal WorkStudy students and interns Maintaining and updating departmental and websites, event calendars, mailing lists, and digital communications, including weekly Mailchimp distributions. Technical skills proficiency with the following tools and platforms is required: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Google Workspace Adobe Creative Suite Zoom Mailchimp Slack Asana
