Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the needs of clients, incorporating strategies for crisis intervention and behavioral support.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that aligns with regulatory standards, enhancing compliance and accountability within our clinical processes.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools tailored to specific client needs, facilitating effective diagnosis and treatment options.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that aim to enhance client outcomes.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain high standards of care and compliance.
• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, thus promoting holistic care for our clients.
• Maintain open lines of communication with various stakeholders to ensure that contract standards are met efficiently.
• Engage with external agencies to secure partnerships, funding sources, and to enhance visibility for our programs, thus contributing to the community's broader mental health landscape.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, such as attending conferences and workshops, to stay current in the field and advocate for our organization on various platforms.
• Uphold and promote the agency's mission, values, and principles in all interactions.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall objectives of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required, providing a foundational understanding of mental health issues and therapies.

Compensation and Benefits
