Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to evaluate clients' needs, mental health status, and readiness for rehabilitation.

• Create, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, preferences, and progress.

• Utilize solution-focused therapies, cognitive behavioral techniques, and trauma-informed care methodologies to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with agency standards and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff, psychiatrists, and substance use counselors, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care.

• Stay informed on current trends and innovations in social work practice, engaging in continual professional development.

• Engage in case management and advocacy, providing resources and referrals to enhance clients' support networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your expertise will be crucial in providing the necessary support and strategies for these individuals, helping them navigate recovery in a safe and healing environment that respects their unique experiences and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license in the state of Kansas.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, while demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.

• A commitment to working effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting or working with clients with substance use disorders is strongly preferred.

• Additional certifications in trauma-informed care, DBT, CBT, or other relevant therapeutic practices will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
