Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide milieu treatments that create a therapeutic and safe environment for patients.

• Conduct clinical evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Lead psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups, facilitating discussions and interventions that promote recovery.

• Manage case responsibilities and document services provided to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
\n
• Initiate discharge planning on the day of admission, ensuring continuity of care and effective transition for patients.
\n
• Complete discharge sessions to review coping skills and establish a comprehensive transition plan with patients.
\n
• Coordinate with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department for authorization and billing processes.
\n
• Confirm discharge appointments with patients and support systems to reinforce follow-up care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on supporting individuals undergoing detoxification from substances. You will work with a diverse population, including adults from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges related to addiction and mental health. Your therapeutic interventions will contribute to their rehabilitation and assist them in developing essential life skills to enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , depending on your caseload and previous experience.
