Work Environment\n

This position offers a full-time, remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our supportive team. You'll work collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals via secure communication platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for our patients. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Provide individual psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions tailored to specific mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
\n
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans that are evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and individualized based on each patient’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated care that addresses both physical and mental health concerns.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about best practices in psychotherapy and mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to individuals from various backgrounds and demographics, including vulnerable populations dealt with trauma, mental illness, and socio-economic challenges. You will play an essential role in promoting recovery and resilience, empowering patients to achieve their mental wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proven ability to effectively build relationships with patients, demonstrated by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong clinical skills, particularly in conducting mental health assessments and developing treatment plans based on empirical evidence.
