Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess the mental health needs of students, collaborating with school staff to create individualized intervention plans.

• Develop and implement milieu treatments that enhance the social and emotional learning environment within the school context.

• Communicate effectively with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department to facilitate the authorization and payment processes for services rendered.

• Conduct timely documentation of all treatment sessions and required paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Provide backup clinical support to other team members during periods of absence to maintain continuity of care for students.

Qualifications\n
