Answers the phone for all incoming calls
Speaks with direct callers
Send out Certificates of Insurance
Utilize text and email systems to help own these responsibilities

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
