Overview Our client, a leading global AI, data and analytics consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager – Strategic Alliances to drive strategic partnerships within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail sector. This is a highly visible, revenue-generating individual contributor role responsible for developing strategic alliances, driving co-sell initiatives, executing joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, generating pipeline and strengthening executive-level relationships across key technology partners. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of enterprise cloud, data and AI ecosystems and have a proven track record of building high-value partnerships that accelerate revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Alliance Management Build and manage strategic alliance relationships supporting the CPG & Retail business. Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with revenue, pipeline and long-term growth objectives. Establish trusted relationships with partner sales teams, solution architects, industry specialists and executive stakeholders. Lead executive governance, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), account planning sessions and strategic partner engagement. Co-Sell & Go-to-Market Execution Identify, develop and accelerate joint sales opportunities with strategic technology partners. Coordinate joint account planning across enterprise customers. Execute joint GTM campaigns, industry events, workshops and customer engagement initiatives. Collaborate closely with internal sales, consulting and client leadership teams to position AI, analytics, cloud and data solutions. Pipeline & Revenue Growth Generate qualified pipeline through partner-originated and partner-influenced opportunities. Monitor co-sell performance, partner-generated revenue, certifications and marketplace opportunities. Ensure alignment with partner incentive programmes, funding initiatives and strategic growth plans. Technology & Ecosystem Leadership Maintain strong knowledge of enterprise technologies, including: Cloud platforms AI, Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI Data engineering and analytics platforms Modern data architectures Enterprise cloud transformation programmes Partner closely with consulting, solution architecture and delivery teams to align customer solutions with strategic technology priorities. Stay current with emerging technologies, partner roadmaps and market developments. Preferred Experience Demonstrated experience managing strategic technology alliances within AI, cloud, consulting or enterprise software environments. Strong background driving co-sell motions and joint go-to-market initiatives. Experience working with enterprise clients within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Retail sectors. Solid understanding of cloud, AI, data and analytics technologies. Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen, relationship management and executive communication skills. Why Join?
