Customer Service Representative

ShirtSpace is hiring a dependable, customer-focused representative to support customers across phone, email, and chat. If you are organized, solution-oriented, and take pride in doing things the right way, this role may be a strong fit.
At ShirtSpace, we are focused on efficiently connecting people to product. Our customer service team plays a critical role in making that happen every day.
*Please note our office is currently located in Ridgefield, WA but moving to Vancouver, WA July 1, 2026.
What You Will Do
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Process orders, returns, refunds, and claims accurately
Track orders and answer product questions
Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
Manage multiple systems while maintaining speed and accuracy
What You Bring
1–2 years of customer-facing experience (retail, call center, or similar)
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable working across multiple platforms and systems
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills and follow-through
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and a strong sense of accountability
Nice to Have (Not Required):
E-commerce experience
Apparel, screen printing, or design knowledge
