Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify each student's mental health needs, social influences, and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver tailored one-on-one counseling sessions focused on addressing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions aimed at promoting peer support, psychoeducation, and coping strategies among students.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that encompass measurable objectives and evidence-based interventions tailored to student specifics.

• Perform crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments and safety plans to aid students in immediate distress while coordinating with emergency resources as necessary.

• Champion clients’ rights and facilitate access to critical healthcare and community resources, ensuring they receive the support needed to thrive.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes while adhering to ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, reflective of experience and credentials. In addition to a solid base salary, you may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
