What we’re looking for:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state, or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong assessment and intervention skills tailored to diverse student needs
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Dedication to ongoing professional growth and evidence-based practice

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate students using standardized tools and clinical observations to determine areas for support and growth
• Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and interventions for students with a range of abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into classrooms and daily routines
• Document services, progress, and recommendations in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Provide input during IEP meetings and contribute to the overall success of student education plans
• Participate in team meetings and share expertise to support a positive and inclusive learning environment
