Position Senior Help Desk Technician – provide advanced Tier I/II support and technical leadership for IT environments supporting U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) missions in classified and operationally sensitive settings. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier I/II technical support for end‑user systems Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows‑based hardware and software Support thin clients, zero clients, printers, and peripherals Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and issue resolution Apply system configurations in compliance with STIG requirements Qualifications Secret clearance (required) Advanced DoD 8140 certification as applicable Experience supporting DoD IT environments 8+ years of experience providing Tier II/III IT support Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) Salary range: $80‑120k #J-18808-Ljbffr
