Growth Marketing Manager - NYC

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our NYC team full-time. You'll sit inside one of our pods (a typical unit with director, manager, and associate) owning growth strategy, paid media channel management, and reporting for 2-3 clients end to end.

The role of growth marketing manager lives at the core of this unique value proposition and we want it to be a platform for significant professional growth. In practice this means:

• You work on growth strategy, not just paid media execution. The manager role spans growth strategy, media planning, execution, optimization, reporting, and creative collaboration, all within one pod, for a small set of clients you get to know deeply.
• Promotions run on 9-18 month cycles, not 2-4 year cycles. Our managing director started in our Marketing Associate Program five years ago. One of our managers made partner three and a half years after joining.
• We review progress every quarter , three priorities at a time, with lighter monthly check-ins in between, so we can deliver on our promise to support fast and custom professional growth.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to building growth strategies that align channel strategies to broader business objectives
• Own day-to-day execution, optimization, and scaling of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other performance channels
• Analyze performance data to identify insights, diagnose issues, and inform budget allocation and testing priorities
• Build and maintain clear, structured reporting to support internal decision-making and client communication
• Implement and validate experimentation frameworks, including test setup, readouts, and next-step recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between media execution, creative output, and broader growth objectives
• Maintain working knowledge of adjacent growth levers (including CRO, email, display, OOH) and how they interact with paid media performance
• Leverage AI platforms to support strategy, execution, and reporting

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or related field
• At least 18 months of hands-on growth marketing experience managing and optimizing paid channels on behalf of clients (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), with working knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify
• A track record of turning data into action, not just reporting on it
• Comfortable under tight deadlines and juggling multiple priorities at once
• Able to translate complex, data-heavy concepts for non-technical audiences
• Equally effective working cross-functionally in a team and running independently
• Experience at a performance agency is a plus
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (we are not currently sponsoring work visas)

Compensation & Logistics

• Base salary: $75,000-$80,000, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, commuter benefits)
• Location: NYC, hybrid (in-office at least once per week; flexible day-to-day)
• Start date: Rolling (we have ongoing openings for this role)
