PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY Analytical and detail-oriented Data Operations Coordinator and Database Feed Expert with expertise in managing, transforming, and securing complex enterprise workforce datasets. Proven track record in orchestrating multi-system ETL processes across HRMS, Payroll, and Benefits platforms, validating data integrity across enterprise database feeds, and producing high-impact Business Intelligence (BI) and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reports. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Database Feed Management & Maintenance: Serve as a database feed expert responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining key client database feeds and records with complete data integrity. Data Extraction & Governance: Facilitate the secure receipt, extraction, storage, and protection of highly sensitive workforce data across client technology platforms. ETL & Data Hygiene: Transform, consolidate, validate, and cleanse complex database feeds and data streams from client databases. Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting: Design and generate BI reports featuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and actionable workforce analytics insights. Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous QA protocols on analytical outputs and database feed reporting structures to ensure precise client deliverables. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DEVELOPMENT Compliance & Risk Auditing: Conduct Penalty Risk Assessment audits for U.S.-based prospective clients subject to IRC § 4980H regulations. Product & Pipeline Optimization: Assist in the research, design, testing, and continuous improvement of new and existing analytics products and data pipeline architectures. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience manipulating large-scale relational databases and complex database feeds. Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with high detail orientation and rapid technical concept absorption. Domain Knowledge: Working familiarity with client HR technology ecosystems (HRMS/HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, L&D, Leave of Absence).
