The work setting for this position is outpatient and entirely remote, allowing you to connect with clients in a flexible environment. Supported by a committed and interdisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, and fellow therapists, you will have the opportunity to collectively work towards shared clinical goals while also enjoying the autonomy of conducting sessions online. Modern telehealth tools are utilized for seamless communication, making it easier to provide effective therapy services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments of clients’ mental health to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide therapeutic counseling and psychotherapy services, employing evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other intervention techniques.

• Utilize behavior management strategies to monitor and address client behaviors in a supportive manner.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive treatment approaches that integrate various professional insights.

• Support families by providing information, skills training, and strategies to enhance their child’s development and emotional health.
\n
• Regularly review client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to maintain effective care.

• Document all interactions and maintain accurate client records in accordance with state regulations and organizational protocols.

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and families, each facing various challenges in their mental health journeys. Our clients come from different socioeconomic backgrounds and present a range of needs—from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and developmental concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with diverse populations in a therapeutic setting.

• Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy and familiarity with other therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
