Responsibilities Deliver direct customer support with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge. Recommend Verizon wireless and FiOS products based on customer needs and lifestyle. Learn proven sales strategies through comprehensive in-house training. Work closely with teammates to hit daily goals and elevate the customer experience. Gain confidence in account setup, product demos, and handling service inquiries. Contribute to a team environment that values collaboration, positivity, and performance.
