Project Manager

Trusted by over 40 of the region's top General Contractors, my client is a leading commercial concrete specialist. As a subsidiary of a major regional construction powerhouse, they combine the agility of a specialty contractor with the robust stability and resources of an industry giant. They are seeking an elite Project Manager to lead their largest, most complex commercial structural and site concrete projects from buyout to closeout. Project Execution: Manage subcontracting, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to ensure flawless execution. Financial Management: Track labor hours, manage job cost reports, maintain COR logs, and own Work-In-Progress (WIP) forecasting. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for GC clients, delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships. Leadership: Provide direct guidance, mentorship, and direction to Project Engineers. Experience: 5+ years of project management experience specifically within concrete construction (structural foundations, tilt-ups, and site work). Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area commercial construction market and related trades. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred. Mindset: A strong record of project success with a strict commitment to safety and ethics. Base Salary: $131,440 - $164,300 annually (depending on experience) + performance-based bonuses.
