Regional Sales Leader

Are you a proactive and energetic sales professional eager to showcase your exceptional sales skills? Our next regional sales manager needs to understand the local market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales to our Austin market. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can devise innovative ways to exceed sales targets and profit margins. We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while also prospecting new customers through solicitation and networking. Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience managing sales, preferably in the Construction industry. Responsibilities: • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and networking in the local community Qualifications: • Bachelor's (eg, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications)3yrs+ in management of sales team or region, PLUS 3 to 5yrs in frontline sales Strategic Thinker, Process Builder : You’re not just keeping the wheels turning—you’re laying down the track • People-First Leadership : To get real results, you have to invest in your people. Your analytical mindset helps you spot patterns, set goals that make sense, and drive improvement based on real numbers Compensation Compensation: $100,000 Plus commissions and bonuses
