Vice President Operations

THE OPPORTUNITY A growing South Florida construction organization is looking for a hands-on Vice President of Operations to lead operations, strengthen the management team, and drive the next phase of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct access to ownership and significant influence over operations, project execution, profitability, and team development. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead day-to-day operations across multiple business units Oversee Project Managers, Production Managers, Superintendents, and office teams Standardize estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and project management processes Improve field productivity, gross margins, and job-level profitability Build scalable systems and processes to support continued growth Recruit, develop, and strengthen the management and field leadership teams Drive continuous operational improvement and accountability WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 10–20+ years of construction operations leadership Experience managing multiple divisions, business units, or construction operations Proven experience leading Project Managers, Superintendents, and office teams Strong track record of improving processes, productivity, and profitability Experience working within a $20M–$100M+ construction organization Strong people leadership and team-building skills Experience with construction project management, estimating, scheduling, and purchasing systems Exposure to the construction of large-scale swimming pool projects strongly preferred — direct pool-industry experience is not required A true builder's mindset — someone who creates structure, systems, and accountability rather than simply maintaining the status quo #J-18808-Ljbffr
