Das erwartet dich: Für die Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir dich in Vollzeit, ab sofort, deutschlandweit remote als: Senior Account & Onboarding-Manager (m/w/d) – B2B SaaS | Deutschlandweiter Außendienst Wichtig zu wissen: Unser Onboarding und die technische Anbindung findet in der Regel vor Ort Deutschlandweit bei Kunden statt. Da wir uns aktuell im Aufbau befinden und viele neue Kunden erwarten, wird die Reisetätigkeit voraussichtlich hoch und sehr flexibel sein. Du selbst koordinierst und terminierst deine Reisen eigenverantwortlich , in enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden. Konkret bedeutet das: Du sorgst dafür, dass neue B2B-Kunden (Schädlingsbekämpfer) unsere SaaS-Lösung reibungslos und nachhaltig verstehen. Du planst, leitest und überwachst technische Kundenimplementierungen. Du führst regelmäßig deutschlandweite Onboarding-Termine direkt beim Kunden vor Ort durch. Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson während der gesamten Onboarding-Phase: wöchentliche Syncs, Status-Updates, Journey-Mapping. Du erkennst Blockaden frühzeitig und gehst Eskalationen proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und souverän an. Du entwickelst langfristige Kundenbeziehungen, begleitest sie und wächst gemeinsam mit ihnen. Das bringst du mit: Du arbeitest höchst eigenverantwortlich und brauchst kein Mikromanagement. Exzellente Kommunikation auf allen Stakeholder-Ebenen, einschließlich Kollegen/innen, Senior Management, Vorstandsmitglieder/innen, externe Partner/innen und Techniker/innen. Du bist reisebereit, flexibel und eigenständig in der Reiseplanung. Du kannst Vertrauen aufbauen – und im Bedarfsfall auch wiederherstellen. Aufbauarbeit und zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen sind deine Leidenschaft. Du hast Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Customer Excellence, Onboarding und technischen Implementierungen – idealerweise im B2B SaaS- oder IoT-Kontext. Du kannst komplexe, technische Inhalte verständlich strukturieren und für andere umsetzbar machen. Pragmatische Einstellung, um Dinge selbständig zu erledigen. Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kommunikativ Englisch. Du wohnst in Deutschland. Über uns Hallo, wir sind Zepta!
