Accounts Payable Supervisor

Overseeing the performance management and daily operations of the Accounts Payable Network team, the full-time remote Accounts Payable Supervisor will manage the accounts payable cycle, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with departmental standards while providing training and support to staff. Key responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and performance management of Network AP Specialists and Clerks, including onboarding and training Manage the accounts payable cycle from vendor setup through payment, ensuring timely processing and compliance Evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance accuracy and productivity within the department Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent work experience Five to seven years of experience in an Accounting or Accounts Payable role Minimum one to three years of experience leading a team Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and Vlookups Strong understanding of the durable medical equipment industry and compliance with HIPAA regulations
