Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine their mental health needs and preferences for treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations with fellow therapists and contribute to a collaborative team dynamic.

• Facilitate family and client education sessions, providing resources and strategies to support mental health initiatives.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in mental health research to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your focus will be on creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and discussing their mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred).

• Active licensure in Arizona as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.

• Demonstrable expertise in psychotherapy techniques, particularly in a client-centered approach.

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and rapport-building.

• A collaborative mindset, keen on working within a team to improve client outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
