Pay Range:$110,000-$125,000 Per Year

Description
Join a dynamic team focused on expanding business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
This remote, full-time role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and fundraising initiatives, requiring proficiency in customer relationship management technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage major donors.
Manage a portfolio of donors, ensuring effective cultivation and stewardship.
Collaborate with leadership to align donor strategies with organizational goals.
Prepare and present proposals to potential donors.
Track and report on fundraising progress using a CRM platform.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in major gifts or equivalent revenue responsibility.
Proven track record of securing gifts of $100,000 or more.
Strong skills in donor strategy, relationship management, and solicitation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with CRM platforms for tracking donor interactions.
