Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of a company's digital engine. This is a single-owner role — one person who moves fluidly between running ad accounts, managing the website, building email programs and reading the numbers. What You'll Own Paid Acquisition Plan, manage and continuously optimise paid campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube Website & Ecommerce Platform Take full ownership of the ecommerce website — content updates, category and product page optimisation, merchandising, UX improvements and site performance Analytics & Reporting Own GA4 and translate data into commercial decisions — conversion rate, AOV, traffic sources, funnel performance and campaign-level ROI Email & Lifecycle Marketing Own Klaviyo end to end — flows, segmentation, campaign calendar and list growth — with a focus on driving repeat purchases and retention Content & Copy Write conversion-focused copy yourself across ad creative, landing pages, product descriptions and email — or manage freelance copywriters when it makes sense to delegate What We're Looking For 3+ years experience with eCommerce platforms like Magento or Shopify Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Merchant Center Comfortable with content, merchandising, website updates B2B experience and strong SEO fundamentals #J-18808-Ljbffr R2 Global
