RN - Medical/Surgical

Our client is currently seeking RN Med Surg/Telemetry Schedule: 36 Hours per Week, Shift: Day Shift, 12 Hours This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process. Monitor and care for Med Surg/Telemetry patients in a stepdown environment. Assess patient and family learning needs and provide appropriate education. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans. Delegate and coordinate tasks effectively among nursing staff and support personnel. Evaluate patient outcomes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements. Foster a patient-centered environment focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements Registered Nurse Diploma. Active RN License in the State of Practice. Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association). Minimum 2 years of RN experience. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
