Accounts Receivable Specialist – Accounting Detroit, MI – Direct Hire – May 13, 2026 Job Type: Direct Hire Location: Detroit, MI 48201 Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote Hours: 8am – 5pm Compensation: $28/hr – $31/hr Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K Job Summary: Sanford Rose is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional on a DIRECT HIRE basis to join a growing accounts receivable department within the legal industry. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for a group of internal stakeholders and support account related inquiries Work cross‑functionally to address billing questions and payment discrepancies Review account activity and follow up on past‑due balances Analyze account data to identify issues and support resolution efforts Prepare reports related to account status and outstanding balances Maintain accurate documentation of account activity and communications Support the overall revenue cycle process through proactive account management Qualifications 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or revenue cycle experience Professional services industry experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Experience with ERP or billing systems preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
