Role Description The Sales Development Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Sales Development Representatives, setting daily and weekly activity goals, and ensuring consistent pipeline generation for the sales organization. The Sales Development Manager will design and refine lead generation processes, collaborate with marketing and sales operations on campaigns, and monitor performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include coaching team members on communication techniques, refining qualification criteria, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and partnering with account executives to ensure high‑quality handoffs. The role also involves contributing to territory planning, supporting enablement initiatives, and representing NeuBird AI’s value proposition to prospective customers in a clear and compelling way. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Lead generation experience, including outbound prospecting, pipeline building, and qualification of opportunities. Team management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and motivation of a sales development team. Sales and sales operations skills, including CRM proficiency, forecasting, and collaboration with account executives. Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales, ideally selling into engineering, DevOps, or SRE teams. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team quotas and KPIs in a sales development or inside sales environment. Ability to work on‑site in the San Francisco Bay Area and collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
