Job Summary:
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating daily front office operations while serving as a patient care coordinator, scheduler, and insurance pre-certifier, as well as performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and medical office support functions. The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; exceptional customer service, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills; and the ability to foster effective teamwork. This role requires success in a fast-paced environment with high patient and call volumes, maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and composure while managing multiple priorities. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to transition efficiently between tasks, and effective time management skills to prioritize responsibilities and ensure seamless daily operations.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of secretarial or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment required
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word, with the ability to effectively manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume office setting
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills preferred

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's Degree preferred
