Tus responsabilidades
- Conocimiento general de los informes diarios de extrusión y producción
- Comunicarte con el supervisor / líder de empaque sobre todas las preocupaciones de producción
- Arrancar y configurar todo el equipo necesario para la producción
- Controlar los materiales de empaque, códigos de fecha, fechas de vencimiento, etiquetas y cualquier elemento único según las especificaciones del producto
- Controla la calidad del producto, la calidad del empaque, la contaminación, los controles de peso y la eficiencia de la línea
- Realizará mantenimiento general y reparaciones del equipo y ayudará al personal de mantenimiento
- Realizará todos los ajustes de equipo y cambios de formato, y solucionará problemas del equipo cuando ocurran
- Realizar todas las tareas de saneamiento necesarias en la línea
- Completar todos los informes diarios de manera legible
- Ayudar en el control del empaque desde el almacén
- Ayudar a organizar a todos los trabajadores necesarios en la línea
- El operador ayudará a otras líneas cuando sea necesario
- Realizar todas las demás tareas asignadas
- Ayudar en la capacitación de todo el personal de línea
- Proyectos especiales asignados
- Coordinar todo el registro y las gráficas, incluyendo el programa de limpieza, rendimientos de empaque y eficiencia
- Asistir al supervisor / líder de empaque según sea necesario para controlar el área de empaque
Calificaciones
- Habilidad matemática general
- Experiencia o capacitación de hasta 1 mes o más
- Automotivación
- Aprender, memorizar y ejecutar una secuencia de procedimientos
- Buena coordinación mano-ojo
- Disposición y capacidad para llevarse bien con los demás
- Buen juicio y capacidad de razonamiento
- Habilidades básicas de liderazgo
