Core Responsibilities Support various stages of the printing, finishing, and packaging process. Examine output to guarantee that quality benchmarks are consistently achieved. Organize, tag, and ready completed items for distribution. Ensure production lines remain operational by managing the loading and unloading of necessary supplies. Contribute to a tidy and orderly workspace to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Adhere to all established safety protocols and operational guidelines. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to help the team reach its daily production targets. Required Skills and Qualifications Prior background in warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor settings is a plus, though not mandatory. Capable of standing, walking, and bending while lifting weights of up to 50 pounds during your shift. High level of precision and a dedication to maintaining quality standards. Consistent punctuality and a proactive, professional attitude. Capacity to function well both autonomously and within a group setting.
