Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate

Kaufman Dolowich LLP is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate to join our Woodbury, Long Island team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience. Key Responsibilities: Litigate insurance coverage cases as part of team, including conducting court appearances, depositions, and motion practice Draft legal opinions, reservations of rights and disclaimers Communicate directly with clients, providing proactive timely updates, legal insights, and strategic guidance throughout the case lifecycle Qualifications: 1+ years of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience JD degree with excellent academic credentials Admission to the New York State Bar Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Why KD?
