Cardiovascular Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Newport, RI The CARD Health & Science Professional (HSP) is responsible for increasing territory sales and building relationships with assigned customers and accounts through product promotion and strategic business development. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Drive sales in the assigned territory. Engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually. Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, including live/virtual engagement strategies. Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments, using judgment to maintain engagement with digital tools. Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities. Educate providers on product and disease state value propositions in a compliant manner. Collaborate effectively and compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives. Complete all administrative expectations on time and compliantly. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or high‑school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience. Professional sales, promotional activity, small‑business ownership or other entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service, or account management. Relevant healthcare or scientific roles (e.g., RN, pharmacist, PT, OT). Full‑time military experience. Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory. Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical‑related marketing experience. Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, outstanding communication skills, leadership, and accountability. Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products. Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations). Reside within the territory boundaries. OTHER JOB DETAILS Last Date to Apply: June 16, 2026. The annual base salary ranges from $76,000 to $199,600. During initial new‑hire sales training, you will be classified as a salary non‑exempt employee entitled to overtime pay; after training certification, you become an overtime exempt employee. The position also offers an additional quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
