Senior Analyst, Asset Management

Our client is a real estate firm/family office. They seek a Senior Analyst, Asset Management to join their Manhattan, NY office. Responsibilities Support financial operations for a diverse commercial and residential real estate portfolio Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for managed properties Calculate partner distributions, investment returns, and consolidated performance metrics Prepare lender and investor reporting packages in accordance with reporting requirements Review third‑party management reports and analyze property operating performance Coordinate property tax, PTET, and certiorari calculations and related filings Analyze portfolio performance and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions Contribute to special projects and other ad hoc financial initiatives Requirements 4-8 years of finance experience Real estate industry experience required IRR, investor reporting, performance analysis experience Excellent financial modeling skills Excellent communication skills Detail‑oriented and highly analytical Job ID # 48422 #J-18808-Ljbffr Abacus Group, LLC
