Reports to: Lead Nurse Practitioner The Assistant Studio Manager role is neither traditional retail nor healthcare – it is the intersection of the best parts of both, resulting in a fun and exciting opportunity. This position will play an instrumental role throughout every client and Peachy studio team member experience. The Peachy Assistant Studio Manager will contribute to company growth by leading the studio experience team and supporting overall studio operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Peachy culture and brand. This person will be interpersonally savvy and have the ability to creatively problem solve and learn on the fly. This person embodies integrity, confidence, and is a Peachy role model for the team! Schedule - Full Time Sundays 8:30am - 5:30pm What You’ll Do: Ensure all company-wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety protocols are executed within the studio. Partner with the Lead Clinical Provider to foster an inclusive culture with both team members and clients in line with Peachy company values.
